Fiberglass Yarn

Introduction

Fiberglass yarn is made from 4-9um E-type fiberglass filaments which are then gathered and twisted into one finished yarn. It is widely used in productions of fabric as finished well as electrical wrapping materials, engineering materials, textured yarn, woven electronic grade fabric and so on. The individual requirements of any fabric should be satisfied by adjusting filament diameter, TEX number, yarn twist and number of filled yarn as well.

Big Packaging Fiberglass Yarn

This yarn is winded around plastic milk-bottle shape tube and weighs 3.5kg-4kg per package. It can meet the quality demands for high speed wrapped and air-jet looms. This big package can reduce the times of changing bobbins and raise labor productivity.

Small Packaging Fiberglass Yarn
It is winded around paper tube into 0.25-1.5kg weighed small bobbins.

Applications: They are widely used as an electrical insulation material in the national defense and military industry, and also used in the braiding of sleeve and in the reinforcement of plastics.
