Introduction

E-glass pultrusion & filament winding multi-end rovings are suitable for FRP pultrusion and filament winding processes. Typical products are pultrusion materials, high voltage insulating rod, pipe, storage tanks, etc. For most applications the fiberglass strand is pulled from the "inside", but can be pulled from the "outside" when a hard core is used.

Product Characteristics

1. Tex is stable and with low fuzz.
2. Quick resin wet out and high mechanical strength of the composite.
3. Uniform strand tension
4. Product available in a variety of Tex values with "inside" or "outside" pull.

Packing

Roll diameter is 26cm. Each roll weight is 20kg. Rolls are wrapped in plastic bags, and then packed in individual cardboard boxes or bulk packed. Each pallet of 110cmX110cm can pack either 48 or 64 rolls. The weight of the 48-roll pallet is 960kgs, and the weight of the 64-roll pallet is 1280kgs.
